Amanda currently teaches public yoga and meditation classes in Louisville, CO. She infuses the physical practice of yoga (asana) with philosophy, poetry, and myth in order to deepen the connection and conversation between ourselves and the mystery of existence.
With an extensive background in anatomy, biomechanics and therapeutics, Amanda's classes are accessible and challenging. She believes that the ancient practice of yoga is an incredible medium for deepening into the body, as well as examining our place in the larger web of life.

Private Yoga & Meditation sessions are an excellent way to dive deeper into your personal practice, address the questions that are specific to your needs, and develop an integrated understanding of your goals. Empowering and revealing, private sessions offer you the space to explore these practices in a way that makes them both accessible and applicable to your life and way of being, moving, and breathing through the world. An exploration that a public class does not have the capacity or space to provide.
Private sessions include, but are not limited to: anatomy & biomechanics, therapeutics, mindfulness, meditation, breath work (pranayama), and eastern anatomy & the subtle body.
